Handle Bag Machine

SBH290 full-digital servo-controlled bag machine is mainly applied to producing paper bags like environmental-friendly shopping bag,hand bag and food bag.The machine adopts advance PLC control system, movement CPU control system, servo driven system, OGURA clutch tension control system, human-machine contact interface system, and photocell eye corrective system. This realizes solid bag high-speed production process with simultaneous consistency and coordination.

Main Characteristics:

1. Adopt incoming rolled raw paper and OGURA clutch tension control system.

2. Paper bag side glue application adopts glue melting and spraying system.

3. Bag production main part is of servo driven and controlled system (Mitsubishi Japan) and is equipped with automatic corrective system.

4. Adopt flow inspection and control technology and contact screen display. Operation function is clear and have good human-machine interactive interface.

5. Adopt advance PLC control system and movement CPU control system.

6. Have jam detector. Paper jam damage can be avoided.

7. Side paper reception worktable is equipped with adjustable counter.
